irrelevant posts, posting same response, duplicate posts - bestgirl2008

We have a new member who is pasting "hello and welcome to mylot.com" as a response to every discussion rather than making any attempt to respond to anything. bestgirl2008 has posted the same response repeatedly to dozens of posts. I haven't found any of her responses that are more than a few words long, but these are also totally irrelevant as well. She is even posting welcome messages to those who have been here for many months.
